Welcome to AI Girlfriend (“we, us, our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our iOS and Android application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
1.2 Your continued use of the App following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. License Grant
2.1 Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal device for your own personal, non‑commercial purposes.
3. User Obligations and Conduct
3.1 You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
3.2 You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App.
3.3 You are responsible for any content you share with the AI Girlfriend, including NSFW content. You warrant that you own or have rights to all content you provide.
4. NSFW Mode Disclaimer
4.1 The App includes an optional “Hot & Free NSFW Mode” for mature, adult-oriented interactions. By enabling NSFW Mode, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and consent to receive adult content.
4.2 We do not store or share your private NSFW conversations outside your device, but you are responsible for any local storage or backups you enable.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content, trademarks, logos, and software provided in the App are our property or the property of our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the App without our written permission.
6. Privacy
6.1 Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
7. Payment and Cancellation
7.1 NSFW Mode and premium customizations are free by default; any future paid features will require your explicit consent and payment through the App Store or Google Play.
7.2 You may cancel any subscription or paid feature at any time through your app store account settings.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
8.1 The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9.2 Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App in the last twelve months.
10. Modification of Terms
10.1 We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Your continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the user’s jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
